Job summary
A luxury hotel brand in Dubai seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of the Restaurant Banquet and Room Service. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the Events Manager. Ideal candidates will possess an operational management background in Food & Beverage and excellent leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day operations of Restaurant Banquet and Room Service.
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through team environment.
- Handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere.

The efficiency with which he/she performs his/her tasks increases the level of service with which we serve our guests. His/her responsibilities include those that assist the Events Manager. Due to the nature of the job the Restaurant Manager must pay attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced ever-changing atmosphere.
