Job summary

A popular restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to supervise staff and ensure an authentic Egyptian dining experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high guest satisfaction. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in Arabic or Egyptian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.

  • Supervise and manage all restaurant staff, including service and cashier teams.
  • Ensure authentic Egyptian dining experience through menu quality, presentation, and service style.
  • Monitor daily operations, including cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with the owner/management to meet financial and operational targets.
