Standard Chartered in the UAE seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to develop and manage a high-potential client portfolio. You will onboard new clients while sustaining an extensive relationship, delivering banking and investment solutions with a client-first mindset.

The role emphasizes maintaining regulatory compliance (KYC/AML), driving revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet targets in a dynamic market. A SCA license within 6 months is a mandatory milestone.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling Banking & Investment products.
• Strong communication and negotiation to influence outcomes.
• Networking to manage interdepartmental deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development.
• Generate new business to meet targets in customers, volumes and revenue.
• Induct NTB customers with Branches & Direct Sales team.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers.
• Maintain Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done).
• Meet customer expectations and reduce complaints while ensuring service quality.
• Lead by example and collaborate with risk and control partners.
