Standard Chartered in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a results-driven Sales and Relationship Manager to build and maintain a portfolio of clients, onboard new customers, and drive revenue through strategic cross-selling of banking and investment products.

You will uphold KYC/AML standards, deliver exceptional client service, and navigate a multicultural UAE environment while establishing strong local HNI connections and meeting targets.

Formación

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
• Leadership ability that encourages teamwork and commitment.
• Good understanding of the business environment in UAE with direct contacts with the local HNI community.
• SCA certified or completion of certificate within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.
• Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of customers, volumes and revenue.
• Induction of all new customers brought in by Branches & Direct Sales team.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
• Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.).
• Meet customer expectations and reduce complaints while providing professional service to achieve satisfaction and retention.
• Lead through example and set tone with risk and control partners.
• Ensure KYC/AML updates and zero-error documentation.
• Detect suspicious transactions and potential AML risks.
• Adhere to Anti Bribery, AML & Financial Crime procedures.
• Obtain SCA license within 6 months and complete CPD requirement post licensing.
