Standard Chartered in the UAE (Dubai) seeks a strategic Relationship Manager within Wealth and Retail Banking to develop new client relationships, onboard new clients, and service an existing portfolio through excellent communication and customer service. You will drive revenue, manage risks, and lead with integrity in a multicultural environment.

The role emphasizes KYC/AML compliance, ongoing CPD, and collaboration with risk partners to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and investment product offerings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Networking ability and leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic plans for revenue generation and business development.
• Generate new business to meet defined targets (customers, volumes, revenue, product mix).
• Induct NTB customers from branches and Direct Sales.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers via referrals.
• Update and maintain Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done).
• Ensure excellent customer service and high satisfaction and retention.
