Standard Chartered in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to grow the Wealth and Retail Banking client portfolio. You will develop new relationships, onboard NTB clients, and provide personalized banking and investment guidance to affluent clients across the region.

You will craft revenue plans, manage client interactions, stay compliant with AML controls, and work with branches and Direct Sales to hit targets while upholding the bank’s client-centric values.

Formación

• Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling Banking & Investment Products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and local HNI community.

Responsabilidades

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development, while driving the Digital Agenda.
• Generate new business to achieve targets in customers, volumes and revenue, including product mix and transactions.
• Onboard NTB customers through Branches & Direct Sales and maintain a portfolio with excellent service.
• Plan sales calls to acquire large prospective customers through referrals and maintain Sales MIS.
• Meet customer expectations, handle complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead by example and collaborate with risk and control partners to uphold standards.
