Qualifications

• Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling Banking & Investment Products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
• Knowledge of capital markets and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the digital agenda.
• Generate new business to achieve defined targets in customers, volumes and revenue.
• Induction of all new NTB customers brought in by Branches & Direct Sales.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
• Update and maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done).
• Meet customer expectations and handle complaints with professional service and retention focus.
