Job summary

Standard Chartered in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to build and manage a diverse client portfolio across Wealth and Retail Banking. You will onboard new clients, deepen relationships, and deliver tailored investment and wealth planning solutions while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a focus on compliant, client-centric service in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and relationship management within banking and investments.
• Ability to develop new relationships and onboard NTB clients.
• Knowledge of UAE banking market and HNI networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development.
• Generate new business to achieve targets on customers, volumes and revenue.
• Induct new NTB customers and maintain existing portfolios.
• Develop sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers.
• Maintain Sales MIS and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example and collaborate with risk and control partners.
• Ensure KYC/AML updates and regulatory compliance.
