A leading hotel group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hospitality professional to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include serving food & beverage, monitoring operational supplies, and handling payments. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management and at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations, along with strong customer service and communication skills.
To ensure that guests receive the highest level of personalized service at all times, report guest complaints or problems to supervisors when no immediate solution is available, and assure follow‑up with guests. Awareness of hotel activities and proper handover of pending tasks for the next shift’s follow‑up and action is crucial.
To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, perform opening and closing procedures as assigned, monitor operating supplies, reduce spoilage and wastage, and handle cash and credit card payments. Have a thorough understanding of all Food and Beverage related services and products, and be able to recommend combinations, upsell, and cross‑sell. Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
Responsibility to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work and provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
