You will maintain accurate visa records, archive documents for audits, and coordinate with immigration officials and internal stakeholders to manage urgent cases.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• At least 12 years of schooling or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end visa applications amendments, cancellations and extensions with accuracy.
• Deliver professional support to clients and internal teams ensuring timely resolution of queries and adherence to SLAs.
• Maintain up-to-date visa records and proper archiving for audit compliance.

• Train new team members and share best practices in visa processing and system use.
