You will deliver professional client support, maintain records, and coordinate with immigration officials to resolve urgent cases. The role involves onboarding new team members and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced travel services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or related roles.
• Experience with immigration portals and visa types is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle end-to-end visa applications, amendments, cancellations, and extensions with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide responsive, professional support to clients and internal teams, meeting SLAs.
• Maintain up-to-date visa records and archiving in line with audit requirements.
• Coordinate with immigration officials and stakeholders to manage urgent or pending cases.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and share best practices in visa processing.
• Generate operational reports and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
