Job summary

dnata Travel Group in Dubai is seeking a Visa Services Consultant to deliver accurate visa support across walk-in, digital, and B2B channels, ensuring compliant processing and timely submissions. You will screen and submit applications using UAE immigration portals, prepare supporting documents, and maintain records.

A customer-service background with exposure to visa processing and bilingual Arabic/English communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of schooling or an equivalent high school certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in travel, government services, or visa processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide visa support across walk-in, digital, and B2B channels with service excellence.
• Screen, enter, and submit visa applications through UAE immigration systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare visa-related documents (e.g., NOC, sponsorship letters) and maintain records in line with audit requirements.
• Process payments, prepare daily revenue summaries, and coordinate refunds for rejected applications per guidelines.

As a Visa Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and courteous visa support across multiple service channels. This role ensures timely and compliant processing of visa applications, maintains documentation standards, and supports both internal and external customers in alignment with UAE immigration requirements.

In This Role You Will

• Provide professional support across walk-in, digital, and B2B channels, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards.
• Screen, enter, and submit visa applications through UAE immigration systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
• Prepare visa-related documents (e.g., NOC, sponsorship letters) and maintain accurate digital and physical records in line with audit requirements.
• Process payments for visa services, prepare daily revenue summaries, and coordinate refunds for rejected applications in compliance with guidelines.
• Liaise with customers and external authorities to resolve application-related queries, escalating complex cases to senior team members or the Supervisor.
• Assist employees and their families with visa processing, ensuring all actions align with internal procedures and UAE immigration criteria.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Have 10 years of schooling or an equivalent high school certificate.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the travel, government services, or visa processing environment.

• Certified with a diploma in a travel-related discipline
• Familiar with visa processing platforms and relevant government portals.
• Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Skilled in maintaining accurate and organized digital and physical records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to demonstrate clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to provide efficient and responsive customer service to meet client needs.
• Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing and processing documentation.
