Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a proactive UAE visa processing professional to manage end-to-end visa lifecycles, from entry permits to residency stamping. You will coordinate with PROs, authorities, and clients to ensure timely submissions and clear communication.

The role requires hands-on experience with GDRFA/ICP systems, CRM/MIS reporting, and handling 100–500+ batch volumes. Expect a dynamic workload with adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UAE visa processing, PRO services, or manpower operations.
• Hands‑on experience with GDRFA and ICP systems is mandatory.
• Experience in handling bulk visa applications for manpower deployments is preferred.
• Must have experience with CRM software and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end visa lifecycle: entry permit, status change, medical fitness scheduling, Emirates ID processing, and residency stamping.
• Ensure accurate data entry and verification of all documents prior to submission on relevant portals.
• Manage bulk visa processing volumes (100-500+ large batches per cycle) while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Track application status across stages and proactively resolve delays, queries, or rejections.
• Work extensively on GDRFA portals and ICP systems for visa-related processes.
• Liaise with typing centers, PROs, and government authorities for smooth processing and clarifications.
• Monitor system issues, approvals, pending statuses, and rejections, and elevate cases as required.
• Coordinate with clients for employee documentation, arrival planning, and onboarding schedules.
• Follow up on missing or additional documents and ensure timely submission by clients.
• Provide daily/weekly status updates on visa processing and ensure adherence to client SLAs.
• Maintain professional communication and manage expectations on processing timelines and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of passport copies, visa copies, Emirates ID, medical results, and related documents.
• Update and manage employee master data and tracking sheets for all deployed manpower.
• Ensure adherence to UAE immigration laws, internal SOPs, and company governance standards.
• Prepare Arabic letters and structured submission files for authorities when required.
• Maintain and update visa tracking dashboards and reports (pending/approved/rejected status).
• Generate daily MIS reports for management review, highlighting volumes, SLAs, and exceptions.
• Support automation or system enhancement initiatives related to operations tracking and reporting.
• Ensure processing turnaround within defined SLAs (e.g., 48–72 hours per stage where feasible).
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support implementation.
• Support high-volume operations during peak demand periods, including extended working hours if required.
