Job summary

dnata Travel Group in Dubai is seeking a Visa Services Consultant to deliver accurate visa support across walk-in, digital, and B2B channels, ensuring compliant processing and timely submissions. You will screen and submit applications using UAE immigration portals, prepare supporting documents, and maintain records.

A customer-service background with exposure to visa processing and bilingual Arabic/English communication is preferred.

Qualifications

10 years of schooling or an equivalent high school certificate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in travel, government services, or visa processing.

Responsibilities

Provide visa support across walk-in, digital, and B2B channels with service excellence.
Screen, enter, and submit visa applications through UAE immigration systems with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare visa-related documents (e.g., NOC, sponsorship letters) and maintain records in line with audit requirements.
Process payments, prepare daily revenue summaries, and coordinate refunds for rejected applications per guidelines.
