A global leader in industrial gases is seeking a professional to manage global helium freight operations. The role involves controlling freight costs, supporting procurement, and developing analytical dashboards using Power BI. Candidates should hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be proficient in Power BI and G Suite. Air Liquide Global Helium is managing worldwide helium sourcing, supply and international & multimodal logistics of cryogenic helium containers from various sources to more than 30 countries. Helium offers clear growth opportunities for the Air Liquide Group in diverse markets such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), fiber‑optic calibration gases, space, offshore diving and emerging airship applications.
Helium is transported in cryogenic ISO tanks and thus requires a just‑in‑time logistics approach to serve our customers on time while optimizing our assets and inventory management. To achieve the best results, this supply chain requires agility in planning, rapidity, reliability and traceability throughout the value chain.
ALGHe has its office in Dubai (Jebel Ali Free Zone) and is part of Air Liquide Maritime. Air Liquide Maritime is a key player within Innotech, bridging international markets by delivering essential molecules across borders and oceans. This highly international environment manages operations in multiple locations worldwide.
The Freight team provides transversal support to the AL Maritime Business Units, notably in the fields of freight procurement and strategy, data‑based decision making and escalation to vendors. It also stimulates and implements AL Maritime‑wide improvement programs. With supply‑chain teams in France, UAE and Malaysia the Freight team maintains close proximity with the Business Units and represents AL Maritime in the Air Liquide Group Seafreight Board.
Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
Specialization in Engineering Supply Chain Finance.
