Strong command of Arabic and English, proficiency in Adobe editing software, and a passion for gaming are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Edit gameplay videos, trailers, social clips, and recap content for YouTube and social media.
• Implement best practices in video editing for YouTube.
• Work with producers and content leads to bring creative briefs to life.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions.
• Assist with podcast video editing and uploading.
• Ensure brand guidelines and tone are consistently maintained in all outputs.
• Coordinate closely with the social and editorial teams to align on publishing schedules.
• Collaborate with the production team to manage post-production timelines and deliverables.
• Support the development of creative proposals and visual references when needed.
• Analyze content performance on YouTube and other platforms to optimize future videos.
• Stay updated with editing trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors in the gaming space.

We are seeking a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our ITP Gaming division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for video editing within the gaming industry. They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow their editing skills and help create content that resonates with a gaming audience.

ITP Gaming provides 360-degree campaign management and execution across the GCC working with top global game publishers hardware providers non-endemic brands and influencers to bring the biggest gaming launches and initiatives to the region.

Requirements

• Strong command of Arabic & English (writing and speaking)
  
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or similar editing software
  
• Basic animation and motion graphics knowledge is a plus
  
• A passion for gaming and strong awareness of gaming content trends
  
• Understanding of social media platforms (particularly YouTube and Instagram)
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Edit gameplay videos trailers social clips and recap content for YouTube and social media
  
• Implement best practices in video editing for YouTube (thumbnails pacing retention etc.)
  
• Work with producers and content leads to bring creative briefs to life
  
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for reels TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  
• Participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions
  
• Assist with podcast video editing and uploading
  
• Ensure brand guidelines and tone are consistently maintained in all outputs
