Job summary

TXM Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to support UK customers from the Dubai office. You will handle inbound queries, provide clear information and coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, excellent English, and a proactive, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. On-site six days a week, visa and medical insurance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Resolve routine queries at first contact and escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and installation teams to progress requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments in systems.
• Own cases, monitor progress, and inform customers of resolutions.
