Job summary

Fisher in Dubai seeks an HR Operations/Payroll Administrator to support monthly payroll, maintain employee records, and coordinate recruitment activities. You will ensure compliance with UAE laws and internal policies while generating detailed workforce reports and MI using Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Payroll Administration, or similar.
• Experience supporting UAE payroll processes and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll preparation, including data verification, allowances, deductions, overtime, and reconciliations.
• Maintain employee data across HR platforms ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, scheduling, documentation and hiring records.
• Ensure HR processes comply with UAE regulations and internal procedures.
• Generate workforce reports, payroll summaries, trackers, and MI using advanced Excel.
• Support onboarding, exits and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain attendance, leave, visas, and workforce administration records.
• Provide first-level support for payroll/HR system queries and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver HR services.
