Job summary

AlFuttaim is looking for an HR Executive to provide operational human resources support in Dubai. This role involves working closely with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, have at least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE, and demonstrate strong skills in HR operations and stakeholder communication. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE, preferably in logistics or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support line managers and Group Recruitment in interviews, assessments, and hiring activities.
• Actively source candidates for open positions and maintain accurate recruitment tracking reports.
• Ensure completion and management of employee documentation including C3 cards and insurance cards.
• Coordinate local induction processes for new and existing employees.
• Respond to employee HR queries related to policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations by acting as a point of contact.
• Manage separation processes and ensure smooth employee exits.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with HRBP.
