Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPP are advantageous.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR and payroll administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process full-cycle payroll for all employees UAE.
• Review and validate payroll data including OT deductions benefits.
• Manage and process full and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law tax regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports monthly quarterly and annually.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and coordinate with finance for GL posting.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll records.
