Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of HR Operations/HR Administration experience in the UAE.
• Strong payroll support experience and HR operational processes.
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Handle onboarding documentation and full lifecycle processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, HR databases and personnel files.
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medical insurance and documentation.
• Oversee attendance, leave management and timesheet verification.
• Support monthly payroll input preparation and WPS coordination.
• Manage employee exit formalities, offboarding and demobilisation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate office administration, vendor management and facility support.
• Prepare HR operational reports, MIS and dashboards.
• Handle HR service queries and documentation support.
