Zusammenfassung

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle in the UAE. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and HR administration while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include visa, medical, insurance, and HRIS maintenance, along with attendance, leave, and payroll inputs. Knowledge of UAE labour law and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / Employee Relations.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and UAE labour practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Support visa, medical, insurance, and other employment-related processes.
• Maintain accurate HR files, trackers, and HRIS records.
• Coordinate probation confirmations, renewals, transfers, and employee status changes.
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related inputs.
• Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with PRO, payroll, finance, recruitment, and internal teams.
• Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labour law and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
• Assist with recruitment and interview coordination when needed.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and policy implementation.
