Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a skilled HR practitioner in Dubai to ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies. The role will develop training programs, oversee onboarding for staff, and handle employee relations with confidentiality.

You will manage payroll processes, maintain accurate records, and stay current with industry best practices to support engagement and retention. Fluency in English and local languages is preferred for this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have complete knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies regarding employment practices.
• Develop and implement training and development programs; monitor employee performance and provide necessary support.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic HR support.
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies.
• Manage onboarding for office and site staff, including document verification and joining formalities
• Ensure completion of employment contracts, labour files, NDA, and policy acknowledgments.
• Facilitate recruitmentprocesses, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
• Proven ability to manage payroll processing, salary advances and accurate payroll deductions across the board.
