Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to manage onboarding, offboarding, data accuracy and compliance with UAE labor law. You will work with IT, Payroll, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing and continuous improvement.

Role involves coordinating government-related formalities, administering benefits, and maintaining audit-ready records across HR systems. A 6-month temp contract with extension possibilities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in People Operations/HR roles within the UAE Mainland.
• Solid understanding of MOHRE processes, UAE labor law and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling high volumes of onboarding/offboarding transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding including documentation and IT provisioning.
• Coordinate pre-boarding calls and address joiner queries.
• Maintain data discipline across onboarding trackers and HRIS.
• Coordinate UAE labor contracts work permits Emirates IDs and medicals.
• Execute structured offboarding including final settlements and asset return.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on HR operations metrics.
• Drive automation and digitization of HR processes.
• Support audits and inspections.
