Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an HR Executive in the UAE to support HRBP and store management with onboarding, payroll oversight, and policy implementation. You will help maintain records, coordinate with the HRSS team, and assist with audits while promoting employee engagement and development initiatives.

Responsibilities include handling onboarding logistics, communicating policies, and supporting staff planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a good command of English.
• Preferred knowledge of SAP and country labor laws.
• Capable of planning, organizing, and implementing tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: greet new joiners and prepare induction packs and admin materials.
• Policy and Communication: relay store policies and assist managers.
• HR Administration: manage staff records, attendance, and scheduling with the planning specialist.
• Reporting and Analysis: consolidate payroll and prepare KPI reports.
• Engagement and Development: organize employee events and support HR projects.
• Support and Compliance: assist audits and coordinate office supplies.
