Eureka Restaurant & Cafe L.L.C is seeking a dynamic Sales Events Executive in the UAE, Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, building corporate and individual client relationships, securing event bookings and coordinating F&B events to hit monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years UAE experience in Sales Events within F&B/hospitality, a valid UAE driving licence, and strong skills in negotiations and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in Sales Events or related F&B/hospitality sector.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and events market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to independently conduct client meetings and sales visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for corporate events, private functions, catering and F&B services.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, event planners, hotels, offices and potential partners.
• Conduct regular client meetings, sales visits and presentations.
• Handle event enquiries from initial contact through quotation, negotiation and confirmation.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen and service teams for successful execution.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margins
• Maintain records of enquiries, confirmed events, activities and client information.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities within UAE F&B and events market.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Support management in developing corporate packages, promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up of client payments.
