Career Nest Academy in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Events Executive to drive revenue for a premiere hospitality concept. You will source corporate dinners, brand activations, and private buyouts, leveraging a high-value UAE network to close deals and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Deliver end-to-end sales—from inquiry to contracts—and manage on-the-day client relationships. This role rewards a proactive hunter with a strong local presence and a track record of closing high-value events.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of sales and business development experience in Dubai's upscale hospitality.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients and agencies in UAE.
• Fluent English; Russian or European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage your existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate MNC accounts, concierge desks, and private high-net-worth clients across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, tailored bespoke proposals, menu walk-throughs, contracts, and on-the-day client relationship management.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
• Consistently meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
