• 3–5+ years of dedicated sales and business development experience within Dubai's upscale hospitality or events sectors.

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, negotiate, and close corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage a verified portfolio of corporate clients, event agencies, and private high-net-worth hosts in the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, bespoke proposals, menu walk-throughs, contracts, and day-of client management.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
