The Career Nest in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Events Executive to drive revenue through sourcing, pitching, and closing corporate, social, and private buyouts for a premium restaurant and bar concept. You will leverage a black book of corporate planners and luxury brands to convert connections into confirmed covers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in upscale hospitality or events, a verified UAE client portfolio, and a track record of independently closing contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales/business development in Dubai's upscale hospitality or events sectors.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients, event management agencies, and private high‑end hosts in the UAE.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently, not just coordinate operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage existing contacts across UAE's corporate, agency, concierge, and private client networks.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, bespoke proposals, menu walk‑throughs, contracts, and on‑site client care.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
