The Career Nest in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Events Executive to drive revenue for a premier restaurant and bar concept. You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close corporate dinners, brand activations, and private parties, leveraging a strong local network to secure high-profile covers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in Dubai's upscale hospitality or events, with a proven ability to close contracts and manage client relationships end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of dedicated, proactive sales and business development experience within Dubai's upscale hospitality, nightlife, luxury venue, or event planning sectors.
• A verified, active portfolio of corporate clients, event management agencies, and private high-end hosts in the UAE is required.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages (Russian/European) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage your existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate MNC accounts, concierge desks, and private high-net-worth clients across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, tailored proposals, menu walk-throughs, contracts, and on-the-day client relationship management.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
• Consistently meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
