The role is revenue-focused, requiring 3–5+ years in upscale hospitality or event sales, a polished presence, fluent English, and an active UAE client Rolodex. Based in Dubai with a high-visibility, commission-driven structure.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of sales and business development in Dubai's upscale hospitality, nightlife, luxury venue, or event planning sectors.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients, event management agencies, and private high-end hosts in the UAE.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently, not just coordinate operations.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage your existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate accounts, concierge desks, and private high-net-worth clients across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, tailored proposals, menu walk-throughs, contracts, and on-the-day client management.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
