You will leverage an extensive UAE network of agencies, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth clients to close deals and curate elevated dining experiences.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sales within luxury hospitality or event planning, with fluent English and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proactive sales and business development experience in Dubai's upscale hospitality, nightlife, luxury venues, or event planning.
• Strong networking with corporate clients, agencies, and high-end hosts in the UAE.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate accounts, concierge desks, and private high-net-worth clients across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiries, bespoke proposals, menus, contracts, and post-event client relations.
• Network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle scenes to develop new business pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
