Career Nest Academy in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Sales & Events Executive to drive revenue for a premier restaurant and bar concept. You will leverage an existing rolodex of corporate clients, agencies, and high-net-worth hosts to close corporate dinners, brand activations, and private buyouts.

This fast-paced, high-visibility, revenue-focused role requires proactive hunting, end-to-end deal ownership, and outstanding English communication with corporate decision-makers across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of proactive sales and business development in Dubai's upscale hospitality or event sectors.
• Strong portfolio of corporate clients, event management agencies, and high-net-worth hosts in the UAE.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently with strong commercial drive.

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, negotiate, and close corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and venue buyouts.
• Leverage existing corporate clients, events agencies, and private hosts across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales from inquiry to contracts and day-of client relations.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits for new pipelines.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
