Job summary

A leader in identity security solutions is seeking a DevOps / Triage Engineer to join their UAE team. This remote position requires physical presence in the UAE for interviews and collaboration. Responsibilities include managing production operations for their cloud-based applications and working with cross-functional teams to resolve critical technical issues. The candidate should be experienced in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and must possess strong problem-solving skills to support and enhance their services effectively.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to set and enforce processes among engineers.
• Passion for working collaboratively with product and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and DevOps work in the UAE region.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for internal and customer support.

Skills

Experience in 24x7 production operations

Cloud infrastructure environments (AWS)

Kubernetes and tools like ArgoCD

Microservices architecture understanding

Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

System debugging and troubleshooting

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
