  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service throughout the travel planning process.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with travel suppliers, tour operators, and service providers to secure the best deals and ensure smooth execution of trips.
  • Booking & Documentation: Manage travel bookings, confirmations, invoicing, and ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents.
  • Crisis Management: Provide real-time support during travel disruptions, emergencies, or last-minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Travel Research: Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination insights to provide clients with expert guidance.
  • Tools & Technology: Utilize travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and other software to streamline processes and maintain accurate client records.
  • Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Handle multiple client requests with efficiency, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional travel experience.
