Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients’ expectations and budgets.
  • Support clients throughout their entire booking journey, from inquiry to trip completion.
  • Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
Skills & Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, at least one GDS system, Hotel BedBanks, and DMC interactions.
  • Comfort with CRM software, online booking platforms, and virtual client engagement tools.
