About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tool and Automation Architect to lead and manage our Operation Tool Domain. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless functioning and continuous improvement of our operational tools and automation frameworks, enabling us to deliver high-quality services and maintain optimal network performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, capable of managing a team and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete architecture and re‑architecture of current Operation Tools, incorporating AIOps enablement to drive intelligent automation and advanced analytics.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for operational tools and automation, aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and integration of new automation technologies.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals focused on operation tools and automation, actively participating in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of solutions.
- Oversee the daily operations and management of operation tool solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and training for team members.
- Manage all aspects of the operation tool lifecycle, including design, development, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for successful implementation of operation tools and automation solutions.
- Establish and maintain tools and processes for real‑time performance monitoring.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the domain of operation tools, automation, or related areas.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team focused on operation tools and automation.
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or others commonly used in software development.
- Expertise in database design, SQL, and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- In‑depth understanding of telecommunications concepts, including voice and data services, routing, and network protocols.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and managing budgets for operation tool projects and operations, ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in AIOps platform automation, including hands‑on work with platforms such as Moogsoft, Splunk ITSI, IBM Watson AIOps, Dynatrace, or Ansible.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, including integration, automation, configuration item (CI) correlation, workflow development, and process optimization.
