Job description

We are seeking a Real Estate Telesales Executive responsible for high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification, and inventory sourcing. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, target-oriented, and resilient, with a strong interest in building a long-term career in real estate.

This is a results-based role with clear daily expectations and growth potential into a Property Consultant position.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Lead Generation
  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day
  • Achieve 50–60 connected calls daily
  • Qualify buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Handle inbound and outbound real estate inquiries professionally
Inventory & Owner Sourcing
  • Contact property owners to source listings and pocket listings
  • Gather accurate property details (price, size, availability, motivation)
  • Maintain building- and area-specific inventory knowledge
Lead Management & CRM
  • Log all calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Maintain same-day lead and follow-up updates
  • Schedule callbacks, follow-ups, and handovers to sales consultants
Market Knowledge
  • Research areas, buildings, and pricing using platforms such as:
  • Bayut
  • Property Finder
  • DXB Interact
  • PropSearch
  • Stay updated on market trends and demand
Skills
🎯 Requirements
Mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telesales (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Confidence handling objections and rejections
  • Ability to work with call targets and KPIs
  • Strong follow-up discipline
Preferred
  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate telesales
  • Knowledge of Bayut and Property Finder
  • Additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Chinese – advantage)
