Role Overview

This is a fully remote role for an experienced Tech Recruiter VA with a strong background in technical and executive recruitment. The successful candidate will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple seniority levels within the FinTech and technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts for the following roles:
  • SVP / Executive Engineering Leadership
  • VP / Senior Engineering Management
  • Junior Software Engineers / Coders
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, leadership experience, and role suitability.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interviews and support scheduling with stakeholders.
• Build talent pools for FinTech, Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity profiles.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and recruitment progress reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
• Provide market insights and talent availability feedback as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter VA, Recruitment VA, or Technical Recruiter.
• Experience hiring across executive, senior management, and junior engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technology and engineering roles, preferably within FinTech or digital banking.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS or recruitment trackers.
• Excellent attention to detail and candidate evaluation skills.
