Technical Consultant & Project Coordinator - Cybersecurity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant & Project Coordinator specializing in cybersecurity to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in email security, firewalls, endpoint security, and network security, combined with proven project coordination skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage projects, provide technical expertise to clients, and contribute to the overall success of our cybersecurity practice.

Responsibilities

Technical Consulting

• Provide expert-level consulting and support to clients on cybersecurity solutions, including email security, firewall management, endpoint protection, and network security.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analysis, identify risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and training to clients.

Project Coordination

• Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness.

Other Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of internal cybersecurity best practices and procedures.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and proposal development.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on cybersecurity initiatives.
