We are seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced full-time faculty members in Human Resource Management (HRM) to teach at the MBA level. The ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials, relevant industry or research experience in HR, and a commitment to innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies.

This role is suited for educators dedicated to excellence in higher education, academic research, and student mentorship. As a full-time faculty member, you will play an active role in curriculum development, high-impact instruction, and the continuous academic and professional development of MBA students in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Student Engagement
  • Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate interactive classroom sessions for MBA courses, including:
    • Organizational Behaviour (OB)
    • Human Resource Management (HRM)
  • Design and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and case-based learning activities.
  • Integrate real-world HR practices, industry case studies, and technology-enhanced teaching tools to enhance student engagement.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, ethical leadership, collaboration, and active participation.
  • Provide academic mentoring and guidance to MBA students, including support for research projects, case analyses, internships, and career development.
  • Assess student performance using diverse evaluation methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Address academic concerns and support students in achieving learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of MBA curriculum in Human Resource Management in line with global business and HR trends.
  • Embed contemporary HR research, evidence-based practices, and practical applications into course content.
  • Collaborate with academic teams and program coordinators to strengthen interdisciplinary and experiential learning approaches.
4. Research & Scholarly Contribution
  • Conduct and publish scholarly research in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or related management disciplines.
  • Supervise MBA student research projects, dissertations, and academic initiatives.
  • Participate in academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and collaborative research activities.
5. Academic Administration & Governance
  • Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional planning activities.
  • Maintain accurate academic records, including attendance, grading, course files, and documentation.
  • Support accreditation, quality assurance, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Experience & Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the postgraduate (MBA) level or in higher education.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or related HR domains.
  • Industry experience in HR and involvement in curriculum or program development is an added advantage.
  • Conduct and publish scholarly research in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or related management disciplines.
