We are looking for an experienced and committed Teacher to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be a passionate educator who can motivate and inspire students, while providing them with the tools to achieve their educational goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the teacher must be organized and able to plan effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a positive learning environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking
  • Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts
  • Plan and execute lessons in line with curriculum objectives
  • Facilitate student understanding of course material by using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Assess student performance through exams, quizzes and other assessments
  • Monitor students’ progress in order to provide early intervention when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of grades for each student
  • Participate in school activities such as extracurricular events, faculty meetings, and parent meetings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least two years of teaching experience; experience teaching English as a Second Language is preferred
  • Knowledge of best practices in education
