We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Team Admin Support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone creative, proactive, and confident—able to think outside the box, manage multiple priorities, and support the talent team with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Team
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, interviews, and internal communications
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate and employee experiences
- Assist with creative initiatives, employer branding activities, and team events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Manage multiple tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
