Job Description
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to the highest quality standards
  • Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and scheduled maintenance checks
  • Restock cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping carts
  • Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
  • Report damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate team
  • Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are used safely and correctly
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and with courtesy
  • Support laundry operations or public area cleaning when needed
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Fluency in Russian is essential; English proficiency is preferred
