We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on TALENT PARTNER (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning talent needs and organisational design.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for key functions ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Design and implement initiatives to attract retain and develop top talent across the region.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to enhance onboarding performance management and engagement.
  • Champion diversity equity and inclusion across all talent programs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal mobility and succession planning across the Middle East.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition HR business partnering or people development.
  • Previous experience in financial services insurance or other regulated environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced international organisations with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Psychology or a related field; certifications (CIPD SHRM etc.) are an asset.
