Qualifications

• Proven ability to source, screen and interview candidates across functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical and mid-level roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with manpower plans.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to leadership.
• Support Emiratization compliance and recruitment policies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
