Job summary

Credo Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition & Emiratisation in Abu Dhabi to lead the organisation’s recruitment and Emiratisation agenda. The role requires shaping a future-ready talent pipeline, strengthening the employer value proposition and ensuring attraction, selection and retention of Emirati and international talent across critical functions.

Qualifications

Senior TA leader with UAE market experience.
Experience in Emiratisation programs and government-aligned hiring.
Proven ability to partner with executives and HR leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with growth and workforce plans.
Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, technical, operational and leadership roles.
Partner with leaders to understand workforce requirements and critical talent gaps.
Establish robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Drive TA analytics, market intelligence and recruitment governance.
Own Emiratisation strategy and hiring roadmap with regulatory alignment.
Manage external agencies and internal HR partners; build strong stakeholder relationships.
