Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the United Arab Emirates to lead the full-cycle recruitment for management and a variety of positions. You will source, screen, hire, and onboard candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, identify and attract passive talent, plan interviews, coordinate onboarding, and oversee documentation and reporting to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in FMCG.
• Post-graduation or Bachelor's in Human Resource Management.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Plan interviews, screen calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria.
• Support posting and editing of job descriptions on job boards.
• Ensure onboarding and proper paperwork for new hires.
• Coordinate background checks and communications.
• Maintain policies and procedures pertaining to recruitment.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy.
