Job summary

e7 Group is seeking a proactive Specialist - Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment across assigned business units in Abu Dhabi. You will attract, assess, and hire top talent while partnering with stakeholders to support workforce planning and Emiratization objectives.

The role requires 5–7 years of recruitment experience in diversified organizations, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in recruitment within diversified/industrial/large-scale orgs.
• Experience recruiting for specialized professional roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and Emiratization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with manpower plans and targets.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support decisions.
• Support Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track key hiring metrics.
