Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.

• Manage onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth transition.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor laws to ensure compliance.
